Snowpocalypse!

What a winter! It began with a 17 inch snowfall shortly before Christmas--the most snow we've ever had in Virginia in the decade since Lillian has lived here, and a historic record for December. Then in February we were socked with back-to-back blizzards, burying our neighborhood under a cumulative 3 feet of snow! Needless to say, this year the Washington DC area posted the highest ever seasonal snow totals on record. Matt loved tracking the storms and all the snow days. The rest of would prefer Virginia's usually temperate winters.

Felicity isn't sure she likes THIS much snow.

Back in December, we thought this was an incredible amount of snow.

When we weren't snowed in, Felicity enjoyed going to weekly ballet class and making some new friends. When we were snowed in, she liked watching her Letter Factory video, and now she can identify the shapes and sounds of the entire alphabet!
