2012 in Review

What a busy year 2012 has been.

Lillian took on a new leadership role in the local GOP in the midst of a Presidential election year (even ending up in a Wall Street Journal article), and tackled starting a new career at the same time. After lobbying for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Lillian decided to actually do what she had been advocating for, and joined Northwestern Mutual. She is working very hard building her new client base of families and businesses who could use some professional guidance in charting their financial course.

Matt continues as the testing manager at Fairfax High School, and will be certified in Administration by January 2014 - concurrent with turning 40. He has been busy taking courses and working on leadership activities.

Felicity changed preschools in August and is really thriving in her new environment. And Mark, well... he is just enjoying being a 2-year-old boy and playing with his "Sisi" and anything on wheels.

One of the highlights of the year was our family trip to Milwaukee for the Northwestern Mutual Annual Meeting. There was plenty for the kids to do while Lillian was in meetings. We think you'll enjoy our annual vacation music video:
